Now that you understand why children are uniquely at risk, how they are exposed and what can happen to their health when they are exposed, it is time to look at solutions.

We have collected a series of resources for families, child care providers and health professionals. They are written for different audiences and at different levels but many cover similar topics of concern. The Children's Health & Environment Partnership does not encourage an "all or nothing" approach. We believe that any action can be a positive one. Our Top Ten List is a "quick" list of easy actions that anyone can try out. These solutions cost little in terms of money and time.

A big part of our mandate is to build capacity and networks. We have designed this website using a multi-sector approach and we encourage sharing. In keeping with that, we have compiled a number of success stories from ordinary people who have made extraordinary changes in children's lives. We know there are more stories out there. Please share them with us so that we can share them with others.
